Dr. Moon is a calm, caring, and meticulous dentist who always strives to provide the best care for his patients. He renders patient-centered treatments by embracing the uniqueness each patient might have. He also remains updated on all the latest dental advancements so that his patients can benefit from the best treatment available.

Dr. Moon has been practicing dentistry for 20 years. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree in South Korea and practiced dentistry for over 10 years in his own clinic before moving to the United States. He then completed 4 years of residency including 2 years of Advanced Education for General Dentistry (AEGD) and 1 year of General Practice Residency (GPR) at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health, University of Rochester, New York. He also has worked as an associate dentist in the Northwest suburbs of the Chicago area before starting his own practice.

Dr. Moon has considerable experience in all areas of general dentistry including dental implants. He has completed over 2,000 cases of implant surgeries and restorations, in which some of those cases were reported in academic seminars.

During his free time, he enjoys jogging and swimming; he has a record of completion in Triathlon. He also loves hiking and going on trails.
